A young man expresses his shock at finding his ‘homophobic’ married father on Grindr – years after an older man ‘disowned’ him for claiming to be gay. Inspiring burn victim Turia Pitt recalls the horrific moments she nearly killed herself during the early stages of her recovery. In 2011, the 34-year-old mining engineer survived the odds after getting caught in a bushfire while competing in an ultramarathon in Western Australia, but suffered horrific burns on 64 per cent of his body.
