Elon Musk's antics turn owners and potential buyers against Tesla

For much of the past decade, Tesla has had no match in its model battery range and other performance measures. The trend has emerged in one consumer survey and market research report after another: Tesla commands high brand awareness, consideration and loyalty, and customers are mostly happy with its cars. Musk’s antics, on the other hand? They can do without. Creative Strategies, a California-based customer experience gauge, cited owners’ frustration with Musk in a study published in April. A year earlier, research firm Escalent found Musk to be the most negative aspect of the Tesla brand among electric vehicle owners surveyed. “We hear from Tesla owners who will say, ‘Look, I love my vehicle, but I really wish I didn’t have to respond to my friends and family about his latest tweet,’” said Mike Dovorany, who talks to thousands of Tesla users. “We never asked about a rent increase, and we understood that,” he said. “[But] quite difficult at the moment.” Zahos admits that the organizers are not putting up his rent during the 2020 and 2021 COVID-19 lockdowns and he expects an increase this year. However, he said, after lost revenue due to the pandemic and rising costs due to inflation, the proposed amount was extraordinary. He also declined to disclose the amount. Fresh produce stalls remained open during the lockdown, while other stalls were forced to close. Another stall owner who spoke to Sunday Time did so on the condition of anonymity, fearing it might affect negotiations. One woman, whose rent could increase by about 30 percent, accused the committee of being a bully. “They’re going to basically bankrupt our business … during a recession, during a pandemic,” he said. The woman said she felt pressured to give her financial records. “That is outrageous, disgusting behavior. We were treated like children,” he said. Load

It’s ours and we think it’s the best ever.” Gladstone may be known today as an industrial hub, but before the industrial boom of the ’60s, it was one of the city’s leading companies. A husband and wife engage in an expensive court battle to restore the reputation of their factory business after they are bombarded with more than 100 negative reviews following their feud with a removalist company. David Eden and Georgina Oxley sought the services of Melbourne Movers in September 2018 to transport stock for their small business Designer Plants, which sells decorative artificial greenery for businesses and homes. They were given a fixed price, but the move, which involved transporting the contents of their warehouse, was not completed after debate over the cost of the work. Since the altercation, the couple – who are also councilors in the City of Kingston in Melbourne – have claimed in court documents that they have stolen more than 100 false negative reviews from Google over several years. Since 2018, the couple have spent more than $100,000 in legal fees as they brought search giant Google and the owner of a removal company to court for defamation. ‘We feel very str
