Britain’s Prince Harry raised an eyebrow as he gave his keynote address at the UN General Assembly on Monday – with many seats empty in the room as he delivered it. The Duke of Sussex was chosen to appear during the annual celebrations of Nelson Mandela International Day – paying homage to the legacy of South Africa’s anti-apartheid leader who spent 27 years in prison and became the country’s first black leader.
