Images of Jennifer Hawkins looking almost unrecognizable early in her modeling career have had fans scratching their heads.

This week, the cover image of Jennifer’s 2004 Ralph magazine resurfaced on the Instagram influencer watchdog account Celeb Spellcheck.

The lewd photo was taken months after Jennifer won the prestigious Miss Universe pageant, and shows the blonde posing suggestively in a skimpy red bikini.

Many users commented on how different Jennifer looks, with one caption: ‘Wow Jen Hawkins is unrecognizable!’

‘It doesn’t even look like her’, another user agreed, while another added: ‘It can’t be Jennifer Hawkins – really?!’

Since then, she’s adopted a fuller, more natural-looking brow style, and now sports a pout that looks fuller – perhaps thanks to clever makeup techniques.

Jennifer has been the subject of plastic surgery rumors for years, but has never discussed whether she had plastic surgery.

In 2018, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Randal Haworth offered his expert opinion on Jennifer’s evolving look, telling Daily Mail Australia at the time: ‘I’ve often seen pretty girls like Jennifer wanting to perfect their features to enter ‘supermodel’ territory.’

According to Dr. Haworth, who doesn’t take care of Jennifer herself, has invested in a few minor fixes to ‘improve the overall facial balance’.

“Most people will be scratching their heads about how the former Miss Universe could fix her idolized face,” she said.

‘Her new and more glamorous look has been helped by rhinoplasty to correct and elevate the tip of her nose while narrowing her asymmetrical nasal bone.’

Despite being a household name for over 15 years, Jennifer is barely a day old and arguably prettier now than she was in her early twenties.

Dr. Haworth believes that former ambassador Myer has indulged in ‘cheek fillers and other areas of her face’, as well as Botox.

“I strongly suspect she also underwent lip augmentation to add sensuality and improve the overall balance of the face,” she added.

In 2010, Jennifer attributed her drastic change in appearance to healthy eating, exercise, and makeup.

‘Women get better with age, because they are more confident in themselves. It’s all about makeup and health,” she said on The Kyle and Jackie O Show.

Jennifer previously danced around the topic of plastic surgery when asked about her age-defying looks.

“When someone says ‘under the knife’, I don’t react,” he said.

‘Everyone in the industry gets that. It doesn’t matter. I’m cool with that. I like people who have opinions, but like I said, I love who I am as a person and really just want to live my life.’
