Nadia last week was forced to defend herself after trolls criticized her for posting photos of her ‘mummy belly’ on Instagram.

She raised an eyebrow after she shared a video of her smooth midsection, which she followed with a ‘realistic’ photo of her tummy skin puckering up as she sat down.

Unfortunately, Nadia’s message of empowerment fell through, with some followers accusing her of exaggerating her ‘flaws’ to appear more acceptable.

He returned to Instagram last Monday to defend himself from naysayers.

‘I get a lot of comments and messages… mostly a lot of them are positive, but some of them think I’m just posting that to try to stay relevant, and that I’m not sending the right message. post it,’ he said in the video recorded in his car.

He reminded fans that not everything they see on social media is reality.

Nadia shares sons Aston, six, and Henley, three, with ex-husband Jimmy, from whom she split in 2019 after five years of marriage.
