She raised an eyebrow after she shared a video of her smooth midsection, which she followed with a ‘realistic’ photo of her tummy skin puckering up as she sat down.

“I didn’t think much of it, to be honest. It’s basically just because I get a lot of messages from people who think that I look super fit and my tummy is really toned and flat, but the truth is it’s the same as most other moms out there.’

“Once you have a few babies, you have sagging skin on your belly. It doesn’t matter how much you exercise,” added Nadia.

He concluded by sharing an uplifting message about body positivity.

‘Know that you are doing what’s best for yourself, for your situation, for your family. You create a very beautiful and positive body image, and you just know that every day you are taking small steps to make yourself happy,” she said.

Nadia shares sons Aston, six, and Henley, three, with ex-husband Jimmy, from whom she split in 2019 after five years of marriage.
