Billionaire property tycoon Nick Candy and his wife Holly Valance have put their ten-bedroom Los Angeles home on the market for a cool $85 million.

The British businessman, best known for his luxury development projects and married to Australian singer actress Holly Valance, has reportedly owned his home in the US since 2013.

The 21,000 square foot property called ‘The Reserve’ was built on two acres and was built in 1959. The property has been heavily modified over the last two decades.

Real estate agents describe it as ‘one of the most historic estates in Los Angeles’ and one of the city’s finest examples of 1950s modernist architecture.

Ford bought his nine-bedroom home for a reported $38.75 million in 2016, following the death of Betsy who lived there with her late husband Alfred, department store heir and financier.

Candy’s property is listed exclusively with The Agency in Los Angeles for an asking price of $85 million.
