After her pampering session on Thursday, the reality star, 42, stepped out of the doctor’s office fresh-faced under sunglasses while sipping an iced coffee.

Walking back to her car with a security guard, who led her to the passenger seat, the mother-of-four’s platinum blonde bob looked bouncy and full.

Kardashian’s latest sightings come after Daily Mail Australia revealed that the elite security team of the founder of SKIMS was working around the clock to ensure she remained under the radar after she landed in Cairns on Saturday morning on her private jet.

Sources close to Kim have revealed that he ‘don’t want anyone to know he is in Australia’ and is doing his best to ensure he is not photographed.

Kim was originally due to meet Davidson at Silky Oaks Lodge in Mossman, but is said to have moved to the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Port Douglas for extra privacy.

Davidson is in Cairns shooting the comedy Wizards! with Orlando Bloom.
