Following his divorce from Jennifer Garner, Affleck purchased this $US19.2 million beauty in an LA neighborhood close to the family’s former home where Garner and their children continue to live.

The house has several bedrooms, an entertainment room, a gym and a lawn beyond the glass sliding doors of the lounge, with a fireplace.

He reportedly moved in after spending some time in the guesthouse on the estate he and Garner once shared, and bought together in 2009.

Lopez bought The Whitman penthouse for $20 million following her divorce from actor and singer Marc Anthony, with whom they have two children, Emme and Max.

Lopez is trying to sell a slick pad. Even after the rebate towards the end of the campaign, he had no luck, and kept it up.

A buyer with deep pockets could buy one of the apartments in the building, which is now selling for $13.75 million. New York Post report.

Resort-style Miami retreat

This star island paradise with water views was purchased by Lopez and A-Rod in 2020, three years after their relationship, and 12 months before their split, for $US32.5 million.

The very private Mediterranean-style estate, in Miami, features a swimming pool, wine room, lifts on two levels, a library, poolside cabanas, an outdoor bar under cover and a jetty.

The expansive waterfront meets the large swimming pool and al fresco entertainment area, with views across Biscayne Bay to the Miami skyline.

Cute little LA cottage

Lopez and Rodriguez are owners of a $1.4 million cottage in Encino, the Los Angeles enclave. The price on this one is modest compared to the cash splashed on other properties in their book.

Architectural Digest suggesting the house, the single tier sweet cake they also bought in 2020, could be an investment or property for friends and relatives to live in, considering that at the time they struck the deal, the couple were mostly living on Star Island in Miami.

This adorable three-bedroom home was built in 1948 and had been kept up with sleek minimalist renovations before the couple picked up the keys.

A Bel Air mansion

This $28 million showstopper is where Lopez is known to live when she is in Hollywood.

The LA house, which he acquired in 2016, has his own pub – yes! – and a cinema that seats 30, plus a library, 100-seat amphitheater and a separate guest house.

Lopez’s Instagram followers occasionally glimpse inside the colossal estate – she has previously posted videos and pictures of the kitchen.

Traditional Hamptons . vacation

For a beach getaway, Lopez can visit this Hamptons area, which has a sauna, steam room, theater, and pool and playground set on a sprawling lawn.

Lopez paid nearly $10 million for it nine years ago, and managed to get it for half the asking price, Dirt reported.

The owners wanted $19.5 million but spent nearly 800 days on the market, and they struck a deal with Lopez for a much lower price.
