Meanwhile, Kate was dressed in all white, wearing a pantsuit and belt with her trademark loose curls.

Similar to Prince Louis’ memorable performance during Queen’s Jubilee weekend, Charlotte is seen pulling animated faces as she watches the competition.

On the last day of the Jubilee celebrations in June, Louis was seen pulling his face and jumping up and down while sitting on the royal box.

Charles went on to read a special message from Queen Elizabeth, which had been placed on the scepter that traveled across the Commonwealth for the last nine months leading up to the Olympics.

The Queen’s youngest son, Prince Edward, and his wife, Sophie, Countess of Wessex, and Princess Anne attended the Olympics on Friday.

The Commonwealth Games, originally the Empire Games, have run every four years outside of wartime since 1930.

The Birmingham Games – which bring together the 56 countries currently in the Commonwealth – take place from 28 July to 8 August.

Princess Charlotte’s appearance comes after she and her father, Prince William, made a sweet video for England’s women’s soccer team, the Lionesses.

Along with William, Charlotte wish the Lionesses luck for their final game against Germany in the Women’s Euro 2022 competition on Sunday.

“We both want to wish the Lionesses the very best tonight, you’ve done really well in the competition and we’re cheering you on all the way!” The Duke of Cambridge, 40, begins his message.
